Just anger is when the other person(s) have INTENTIONALLY hurt you and OTHER people would agree with you (a very important piece). Most often asking yourself these questions can help: &quot;did that person really mean to hurt me?&quot;  &quot;Would other people see that way as well?&quot;  Example: A person pulls out in front of you in traffic, is it really their intention to hurt you?  Probably not since they don&#039;t even know who you are.  Yet we often get so angry!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Unjust anger is when the other person(s) did not intentionally try to hurt you or anyone else, others and would agree.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;By catagorizing the type of anger you are experiencing can immediately eliminate some of the anger.</description>
