"I am happiest when I am angry"

Somehow I don't think that is true...That's not to say that you don't think it's true but that's like saying I am hungry when I am full. Kinda sounds like a Yogi Berra-ism...Ya know..."the place is so crowded that nobody goes there anymore".

If you are "miserable when accepting things" then I would venture to say that you are not accepting...by definition.

"Getting really nice and angry"

Do you see the contradiction there?

And I wonder if you are confusing "elated" with a power & adrenaline rush. There is a difference...

What really has me wondering though is why you visited a site called Happiness Help....hmmm...

Now that I think of it though, from the sounds of it, you must have visited because you were not angry :-)

This is bizarre to me, as I am happiest when I am angry. I find fighting life more fulfilling than sitting back and accepting things. I am miserable when accepting things. Getting really nice and angry? I feel elated!
