If you want to be happy, you must not only be good to yourself, but you must treat others well too. How often do we blindly plunge forward in our lives without thinking about the consequences that our actions may have on other beings? Feeling Good is Hard Work

To those of you who are naturally happy and peaceful, this post may not apply, but for the rest of us, this happiness business takes a lot of effort.
